Air France – final message

So. Web publishing must remain fair. Recently I shared my experience with Air France and my lost baggage. This was annoying enough and caused me lots of trouble during my business trip. But at the end Air France handled it to my fully satisfaction. All my claims have been reimbursed. The process took at the end about three weeks from first deploying the online template until the final transfer to my bank account. This is fair enough and I have made my piece with that airline. Hopefully my next trip will not be such a disaster – but no, it won´t be, cause next time I do no baggage drop off. I keep the most important things with me.
